| The New Jersey Hospital Rate Setting Commission was established within the Department of Health by the New Jersey Legislature on 20 July 1978, to set and adjust the schedule of reimbursement rates used by New Jersey hospitals (P.L. 1978, chap. 83, p. 445). This series consists of a set of the annual reports of the Commission from 1981 to 1986. Each report discusses the process of rate setting and reviews the activities of the commission in the previous year. |
